Work on DevLoot

We’re a small team building a marketplace for game developers, indie studios, and digital artists. We care more about what you’ve shipped than where you went to school.

We’re not actively hiring right now

But we keep a live shortlist. If you’re a strong fit — full-stack engineer, designer, or creator-success lead — send us a note with what you’ve built and we’ll keep your details on file. When a role opens, the shortlist is the first place we look.

How we work

Creators first — actually

We say no to features that benefit DevLoot at the expense of creators. Our commission rates are published. Our payouts hit Stripe directly. This isn’t marketing copy — it’s in the Creator Agreement.

Small team, short meetings

We’re deliberately lean. One stand-up a week, async everything else. If you need an uninterrupted morning of deep work, you’ll get it.

Fully remote

Work from anywhere within a reasonable timezone overlap. We gather in-person a couple times a year; otherwise you choose the schedule that works for you.
